  1. What is an instinct?  What is a skill?  What is the difference?
  2. What is the difference between “psychological illness” and “psychological wellness”?  Give examples of each of these.
  3. What is gratitude?  How have you shown gratitude?
  4. What are things you do to show kindness?
  5. How do you connect to your community?
  6. How do you play?
  7. How do you get “in the flow” (in the zone)?
  8. What new things have your tried or experienced lately?

Essay Question:  Using full and complete sentences write a narrative response telling about a time when you took a test that you felt was unfair.  Explain why you felt that the test was unfair and what would have been a more fair method of testing.  DO NOT IDENTIFY A TEACHER OR INSTRUCTOR’S NAME IN YOUR RESPONSE.  You are to focus on the test itself, not on the classroom teacher.  This is due on Wednesday, January 30, 2019.
